This includes, but is not limited to, name, email address, phone number, and residential address voluntarily provided by Users in relation to Platform services.
D. Sensitive personal data or information (SPDI): Includes information related to passwords, financial details, physical, physiological, and mental health conditions, sexual orientation, medical records, history, biometric information, details provided for service provision, and information received for processing, storage, or lawful contract.
E. Third Party: Refers to any person or entity other than you or us.
II. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY Fullhouse
A. In relation to the use of the Platform:
Creation of Account: To create an Account on the Platform, Users will need to disclose personal contact details.
Information collected: Name, telephone number, email address, residential/commercial address, demographic information (gender, age, education), and information posted in offers, profiles, requirements, or feedback.
Location-enabled services: When using location-enabled services, Fullhouse may collect and process information about the mobile device's GPS location.
Consent: Users can withdraw consent for location tracking by disabling GPS or other location-tracking functions.
Access to contact list: To provide features like connecting with players through contacts, Fullhouse may request access to the device's contact list.
Consent: Users acknowledge that contact information may be collected and used by granting permission.
Monitoring of conversations: Fullhouse reserves the right to monitor conversations between two Users or between users and vendors on the Platform.
B. From third-party sites:
Registration via Third-Party Site Account: Users may register for an Account using existing Facebook, Google, Twitter, or other accounts.
Information obtained: Personal Information provided to the Third-Party Site service provider.
C. Cookies:
Cookies are used for authentication, security features, advertising, and improving Platform features.
D. Collection of SPDI:
For creating an Account, Users may disclose SPDI, including credit card/debit card details for payment purposes.
III. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY Fullhouse
A. For the purposes of providing Services on the Platform:
Process and respond to User's queries, understand Users' requirements, diagnose technical glitches, provide customer support, fulfill contractual obligations, allow Users to participate in interactive features, process statistics for advertising, affiliate marketing, and analytics.
B. Communication:
Users may receive communications about promotions, features, and advertisements about goods and services of interest.
IV. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY Fullhouse
A. General information disclosure:
Fullhouse does not sell, trade, or rent Users' Information. Generic aggregated demographic information may be shared with partners, affiliates, and advertisers.
B. Legal proceedings and law enforcement:
Information may be disclosed in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, and to law enforcement agencies or other government officials as required by law.
C. Third-Party service providers:
Information may be provided to Third-Party contractors working on behalf of or with Fullhouse .
D. With consent:
Information and/or SPDI may be shared with User consent.
V. SECURITY
Fullhouse implements physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard Information and SPDI. While efforts are made to ensure security, no method is completely secure.
VI. UPDATING, DELETING, AND AMENDING INFORMATION
Users can review, update, and amend their Information, and request deletion of inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant Information.
VII. LINK TO THIRD-PARTY APPS AND WEBSITES
Fullhouse is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of Third-Party applications or websites.
VIII. AMENDMENT TO THE POLICY
Fullhouse has the discretion to update this Policy, and Users are encouraged to check for changes periodically.
IX. THIRD PARTY POLICIES
Users expressly consent to the sharing and disclosure of information with third-party service providers, business partners, and agents.
