- Facility can cancel bookings with a valid reason.
- Full refund guaranteed.
- Compensation or alternative booking offered.
4.3 Platform Intervention
- Mediation for disputes.
- Support for finding alternative facilities.
- Credit or refund in exceptional circumstances.
