  • Facility can cancel bookings with a valid reason.
  • Full refund guaranteed.
  • Compensation or alternative booking offered.

4.3 Platform Intervention

  • Mediation for disputes.
  • Support for finding alternative facilities.
  • Credit or refund in exceptional circumstances.
